De Extra Fort avonden zijn avonden voor fotografielen. Twee fotografen worden uitgenodigd om hun werk te tonen en het te hebben over fotografie en andere nauwgerelateerde onderwerpen zoals daar zijn mosselsoupers, kermisaccidenten, paperclips en synthesizers van Russische makelij. Een mooie gelegenheid om zo in dialoog te gaan met het publiek.
KRZYSTOF CANDROWICZ : international curator, art director, researcher and educator. Since January 2014, artistic director of the Triennial of Photography in Hamburg.In the past culture manager, founder and director of multidisciplinary independent centre – Łódź Art Center (Łódź, Poland), organizer of numerous cultural and artistic events.Co- founder and director of the International Festival of Photography in Lodz and Foundation of Visual Education.
FILIPPO MENICHETTI born in Florence in 1986. In 2009, after graduating in Psychology at "La Sapienza" of Rome he decided to entirely embrace photography. After a year traveling between the United States, Europe and Asia he attended a master's degree in photojournalism and reportage to the Scuola Romana di Fotografia in Rome. There he approached large format photography with a project on the urban landscape ("Ostia", 2010) directing his gaze to the interactions between man and his environment. In 2012 he founded the collective PanAut with other authors of the Danish School of Media and Journalism where he graduated with "What Remains - meditations on a landscape", produced on the West Coast of Denmark. In late 2013 he moved to Naples (IT), where he lives and works.
