Wat te doen? Gelieve ons niet te bellen. We behandelen demo’s, projectvoorstellen en boekingsvragen alleen per email. Een koppeling naar een website is dus het meest geschikt. Bij voorkeur, stuur ons ook geen cd’s, dat is duur en pakt plaats in ons kantoor. Een telefoonnummer en actief emailadres misstaan ook niet! We proberen alles te beluisteren en te bekijken, maar we kunnen hierover niet met iedereen in dialoog treden. Als uw voorstel ons interesseert, zullen wij met u contact opnemen. Indien niet, dan is het omdat uw project niet in ons programma past, meer niet. Kunstencentrum Recyclart heeft een gemiddelde van 3 activiteiten per week dus blijven er weinig dagen over om de zaal ter beschikking te stellen voor activiteiten met derden. Vragen van sociale en culturele instellingen zullen ad hoc behandeld worden, maar verjaardagsfeestjes of andere privé-evenementen kunnen bij ons niet! Op basis van een interessant artistiek project kunnen we een coproductie aangaan waarbij de coproducent een aantal vaste kosten aan Recyclart vergoedt en in ruil de ticketinkomsten ontvangt. Hou rekening met een planning in tijd van +/- 9 maanden op voorhand voor de ‘nachtevenementen’ (van 22.00 uur tot 05.00 uur). Voor kortere ‘concertavonden’ (van 20.30 tot 01.00 uur) moet je rekening houden met +/- 4 maanden op voorhand.
