De vereniging wil samen met hen strijden door middel van dialoog en ontmoeting, door vorming en bewustmaking, door actie en verzet. Pigment VZW biedt verschillende activiteiten aan, zoals informatiesessies, een gratis winkel, een sociaal-juridisch spreekuur, enz. Voor haar nieuwe opvanglocatie voor vluchtelingen (Oppemstraat 54) heeft de vereniging ons de volledige uitvoering van het meubilair toevertrouwd. Van de planken in dennenhout, tot de banken van hergebruikt hout, van de keuken tot het multifunctionele meubilair.
