Het principe van de [**BIOSK**](http://www.intrastructures.net/Intrastructures/Concepts_-_biosk.html) (cyclische keuken installatie in de openbare ruimte) is het gebruiken van organisch afval om energie te produceren die door de keuken zelf gebruikt wordt, het restafval gaat terug naar een moestuin voor bemesting.
