Dit werk- en opleidingsprogramma, een vorm van **sociale economie**, biedt een kans voor laaggeschoolde, langdurige werkzoekenden om na maximum 2 jaar bij ons een plek te vinden elders op de arbeidsmarkt. Om die overgang te vergemakkelijken gebruiken we bijvoorbeeld Maïzenne Talent: een tool ontwikkeld door de jobcoaches van Atelier Groot Eiland, Eat vzw, Jes en Recyclart samen met de sectorondersteuner Horeca van Tracé Brussel, om zich op een bredere en duurzamere manier te kunnen bewegen op de arbeidsmarkt. Door de mensen die we opleiden samen aan te bieden met andere SPI-partners (Sociaal Professionele Inschakeling) actief in de Horeca, kunnen we beter inspelen op de noden van werkgevers. Via de webpagina kunnen werkgevers contact opnemen met Maïzenne Talent en zal één van de jobcoaches met de werkgever in gesprek gaan.
