Inschrijven via info@recyclart.be / 02 502 57 34 Het project Jonction – georganiseerd door Recyclart, vzw Congres, de Brusselse bouwmeester en het ATO – wenst de hypothese te onderzoeken van een treinas ‘Zuid-West-Noord’ om de hoofdstad te bedienen, door het stadscentrum te omzeilen en de potentie van het Weststation te gebruiken als belangrijke en aantrekkelijke knoop voor het openbaar vervoer in Brussel. Vanuit dit gezichtspunt nodigen we de kunstenaar-pedagoog Jean-François Pirson uit om een wandeling te leiden in de buurt rond het Weststation. Pirson is professor emiritus aan de architectuurhogeschool Lambert-Lombard in Luik en opgeleid in dans. Hij drukt zijn relatie tot de ruimte uit in uiteenlopende beeldende en pedagogische activiteiten : tekenen, fotografie, installaties, boeken, workshops en wandelingen. Al wandelend in de stad, een zwijgzame gids achterna, onthoudt elkeen er stukken van ; laat elk zich gaan op de geritmeerde verplaatsing van de stappen en beslist ieder om één of ander zintuig wat meer te spitsen om geluiden, geuren, gebouwen, kleine en grote bewegingen en momenten van menselijkheid op te vangen, van de doorkruiste Westwijk. Na deze grotendeels ‘stille’ wandeling zal op het einde van het traject een nota met referenties worden uitgedeeld.
