Zijn DJ Sets zijn zorgvuldig geborduurde aanvallen op wat clubmuziek vandaag ‘hoort te zijn’. Walrus zal ons uit balans brengen met zijn definitie van groove en muzikale ruimte. [**Olivia**](https://soundcloud.com/olivia-ungaro) is al 12 jaar een sleutelfiguur in de Poolse elektronische muziek. Klaar en duidelijke techno en warme house, haar sets zijn origineel en stevig. De oneindigheid van het heelal, niet nagekomen beloftes van robot design en onverklaarde mysteries vormen haar zoektocht naar geluid en benadering van muziek. Na revolutionair werk als experimenteel technopionier in de jaren ’90, werkt Vincent Koreman AKA [**Drvg Cvltvre**](https://soundcloud.com/drvgcvltvre) sinds 2009 aan zijn eigen mix van dystopische acid, no wave en experimentele house. Met tragere tracks benadrukt hij de zwaarheid van geluid en creëert hij ruimte tussen de pompende kicks voor melancholische melodieën. Een mix van donkere techno, acid en deep house met massa’s experiment, beïnvloed door zowel Suicide, Sun Ra als Terrence Dixon. Als afsluiter van het festival, stelt [**Bat**](https://soundcloud.com/bat-thats-a-fact) een avond vol pompende electronica voor ons samen. Hij draait al 10 jaar op plaatsen waar je hem het minst verwacht. Altijd weet hij zich met de dansvloer te verenigen en deze keer zal dat met een [**techno/locked grooves en acid**](https://soundcloud.com/the-acid-mercenaries) set zijn. Gemaakt door de ateliers van Fabrik en speciaal voor deze editie van het Holidays festival bedacht door Leopold Banchini Architects (medestichter van het architectuurbureau BUREAU A in Genève): “Backdrop”, een installatie in open lucht die even vergankelijk als ambitieus is, komt uw Brusselse zomer opfleuren.
