Daarnaast produceren ze ook heelwat kleinschalige architecturale werken. Het project heeft een grote sociale en geo-culturele uitstraling bij de Chileense bewolers van Central Valley. *Jose Luis Uribe Ortiz,*** *architect graduated in 2007 (Talca, Chile), he holds a Master Degree in Theory and Practice of the Architecture Project (UPC Barcelona, Spain, 2010). Has published arti­cles in various magazines and hold lectures in Chile, EEUU, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Spain, Brazil and Portugal. In 2013 he published the book **Talca, Cuestión de Educación** (Talca, a Matter of Education, Arquine Publishing House) which brought him in 2014 the Latin-American Prize of Architecture and Urbanism (IX BIAU) and the Architectural Book Awards, organized by the Deutsches Architekturmuseum (German Museum of Architecture) in Frankfurt.
