Het festival zelf vindt plaats in het magische Pula, in september, maar we willen u graag nu reeds in de juiste stemming brengen met niet minder dan vier internationale gasten uit de UK funky, dubstep, IDM en electro pop-scène. De optredens van het Britse duo Cloud Boat, onlangs opgepikt door het legendarische en herrezen R&S Records houden het midden tussen verhakkelde ambient en warmbloedige elektronica. De rijzende ster Phaeleh (Afterglo, Urban Scrumping, Disfigured Dubz) vertoeft in dat mythische Bristol van waaruit hij dromerig-warme synth pop en episch-donkere dubstep de wereld instuurt. Met Raffertie en Slugabed halen we twee van Ninja tune’s nieuwe generatie-artiesten in huis. Slugabed maakt een atmosferische en brokkelige mengeling van hip hop en p-funk, doorspekt met diepe dubbassen terwijl de klassiek geschoolde en op handen gedragen Raffertie (Super Recordings, Ninja Tune) als geen ander minimale techno, kapotte hip hop en hoekige uk funky weet te versmelten tot een post-vanalles feestje. Met Kingstux (Soundquakes, Mekitburn) geven we de fakkel aan talent van eigen bodem, met een dj-set en een liveoptreden.
