Samen met dj's als Sandrinho, Amazing Clay, Sany Pitbul en Marlboro behoort hij tot de pioniers van de 'baile funk' of 'funk carioca': een mengeling van Miami bass, samba en rap die in de late jaren '90 ontstond in de favela's van Rio en sindsdien wereldwijd alle clubs in vuur en vlam zet. **[Maga Bo](http://www.myspace.com/magabo)**is geen onbekende voor Recyclart: wie deze Amerikaanse wereldreiziger, dj en producent vorig jaar tijdens onze Holidays aan het werk zag was onder de indruk van zijn verfijnde en gevarieerde muziekkeuze die zowel uit de tradities van Brazilië, Afrika en het Midden-Oosten puurt als uit de Westerse clubcultuur van hip hop, dub, b-more en dubstep. **[Dj Marfox](http://www.myspace.com/DJmarf0x)** is één van de belangrijkste dj's en producers uit de kuduroscène van Lissabon sinds 2006. Een beetje overschaduwd door het succes van Buraka Som Sistema, maar toch onlangs door diezelfde heren in ere hersteld met de uitgave van een puike mixtape op hun label [Enchufada](http://www.enchufada.com/2010/10/05/e-radio-enchufada-mixtapes-12/). Verwacht u aan een iets harder en origineler kudurogeluid dat ook de konten van electroliefhebbers zal aansteken tot... schudden! **Dj Bbrave** richtte enkele jaren geleden **[Akwaaba Music](http://www.akwaabamusic.com/)** op en verdeelt daarmee de muziek van een hele nieuwe generatie Afrikaanse muzikanten, groepen en dj's. Een dj-partij van deze Frans-Amerikaanse halfbloed is een rondreis langs alle grote steden van Afrika en hun bruisende muziekculturen, zoals hiplife, coupé décalé, soukous, kuduro, hip hop, dancehall... warm-up by DJ Leblanc (Brussels Up!
