Genoeg stof voor inspirerende taferelen en sterke verhalen. De Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie en het kunstencentrum van Recyclart sloegen de handen in elkaar, met medewerking van VGC-collegelid voor cultuur Pascal Smet, voor de **fotografiewedstrijd NACHTVOLK / NIGHTSHIFT / PRESENCES NOCTURNES.** Elk ingezonden beeld bevatte een combinatie van de elementen Nacht / Brussel / Mens.
