We tonen 3 films van Stéfanie Fortunato : « Cobblis », een film over een stad die niet bestaat. De film werd samengesteld met beelden uit 4 steden als kritische commentaar op de uniformisering van het hednedaagse straatbeeld. « Meet me at the Gare » werd gerealiseerd in de Gare St Lazaire (Parijs) met de medewerking van fotograaf Rik Hopkins (agentschap Vu). Een experiment rond versnelling en vertraging als bron voor vertelling. Inhoudelijk gaat het over pendelaars en auteursrecht (alle ogen zijn met witte streep bedekt). « The Bata City » is een document over een geüniformiseerd stedelijk model. Het bedrijf ‘Bata’ experimenteerde in de jaren ’30 met een model voor een geglobaliseerde stad, die dezelfde zou zijn in alle landen en continenten. Door de architectuur en het leven van de werkmensen te homogeniseren werd een transnationale gemeenschap gecreëerd : de Batamen en Batawomen. Deze nacht ook : foto’s van Livia Saavedra en Luc Lacroix over punk en free parties. En zo komen we bij het onderdeel ‘vinylvernieling’ : breng de vinyls mee die u het meeste haat en geef ze aan Pedro Lagoa, Portugese kunstenaar en ad hoc DJ. Hij zal de vinyle en laatste keer opleggen en dan verbrijzelen. Aan het publiek om ze te vertrappelen of delen ervan als mammoetoorbellen te recycleren. We eindigen in schoonheid met 2 Berlijnse DJettes Hot Sauce Committee feat. Lady Bug voor een fijne selectie electronica en punk. Fotograaf en gastheer Marcel staat met zijn bevellige en doorspijkerde assistente klaar om jou als doorgewinterde punk op gevoelige plaat vast te leggen.
