Bios Born in an isolated community of Borneo Island, Wanton Witch is a DJ and producer with a hyper-sensitive connection and approach to sound through performance. Coming of age in the relative isolation of island life, it wasn't until relocating to Bangkok that she was able to access the different communities of musical genres that she would later travel between.
With an early taste for trap and hip hop, she began working in the deconstructed club and techno scene where she found her musical voice, beginning her DJ career in 2018. Wanton is also a cofounder and original member of Queer underground creative collective 'Non Non Non' that has become a Bangkok nightlife staple. Last year, she released her debut album on Stroboscopic Artefacts, which we found amazing!

Special Guest DJ is 3XL’s high fidelity cowboy, allround lover of drum ’n’ bass, cyberdub and thiccbient. He has an amazing catalogue under the belt released under a variety of names such as uon, DJ paradise, xphresh w/ Ben Bondy, hoodie w/ Naemi, sofa w/ Ulla, cypher & thru on Appendix.Files, Critical Amnesia & Ghostride The Drift on xpq? Often floating between bushy dubbed out internet-ambient and wavy breaks, we’re super eager to have him over for a set, as we’re super fond of all of the tantalising amount of different aliases!

Zurich-based producer XV06-y has been making post-deconstructed pre-club weirdness that we’ve been digging for a while now. Hell engineer in self-study, they specialize in post-industrial and abstract, futuristic sound design. After meeting them on a festival in Switzerland, we kept in contact and are very very happy to have XV06-y over for a set!

Brussels’ hidden gem Karl Wille makes deconstructed pop with a strong edge. Karl produces anything between dadrock hits ready for Studio Brussel, 1h edits of Lil Yachty songs and the softest of ballads for loved ones. Releasing soon on one of our favourite labels, this local icon is someone to keep an eye on. His liveshows convey an amazing energy, which we’re super super happy to host and amplify!

Ukraine-born and now Brussels-based Slovva makes amazingly eclectic DJ-sets, playing anything between electro-acoustics and bass. With a strong ear for the experimental, she has already proved her worth with her involvement in radio80000 in Munich.

Hoe componeer je een track in het Recyclart?
Je moet op spokenjacht gaan. Je moet naar de muren luisteren. Je moet op de regen wachten. Je moet een cassette laten afspelen. Als je lang genoeg wacht met een opnameapparaat in de hand, zingen de geesten. Je kunt vervolgens de spectrale zang en uitgerekte frequenties kristalliseren en verspreiden via drie geluidsbanen die door de ruimte zijn verdeeld.
