Aangevuurd door de buitenaards klinkende composities van Pieter Claus, en met de juiste injectie high tension improvisatie geven ze de muziek stevige en verrassende wendingen. Grooves en thema’s worden vakkundig verhakseld en omgesmolten tot een uitermate avontuurlijk en dansbaar geheel!. Hun signature sound is niet verlegen van intellectueel experiment, terwijl ze tegelijk passages spelen van onvoorstelbare simpelheid, rock riffs en vrije improvisatie. Weelderige minimale soundscapes verweven met noise-elementen, die doen denken aan een vreemde mix tussen een schilderij van Mondriaan en Pollock. HAST is mindblowing, earblowing en heartblowing, ze verkennen extreme dynamiek, pure eenvoud en alles daartussenin.
