In de reeks '**Imperfection of form**' grasduint hij doorheen verschillende iconische kunstwerken uit verschillende stijlen en periodes die telkens het mannelijk lichaam weergeven. Hiermee bevraagt hij de bestaande canons met betrekking tot het menselijk lichaam en de druk die hiervan uitgaat in onze samenleving. *Mikhail Porollo is een Russische fotograaf van de wereld. Hij leeft in Brussel maar studderde in Zuid Afrika, Rusland, Namibië en Saint Martins College in London.* **\*\*\* Sinds de tijd van de Romeinen leven mensen in het zuiden van Frankrijk tussen de wijngaarden. Tot op vandaag is vinificatie in de Languedoc-Roussillon regio de belangrijkste bron van inkomsten. De wijnranken putten de grond echter helemaal uit, waardoor die quasi onbruikbaar wordt voor andere vormen van agricultuur. ***Se Sufficientiam*** – de Latijnse uitdrukking voor “zelfvoorzienend” – portretteert een vrouw, die in deze onvruchtbare streek rondom haar afgelegen woning een ecologisch systeem ontwikkelde dat zelfonderhoudend is. Ze leeft in harmonie met de natuur en is een voorbeeld geworden op het gebied van ecologisch denken en doen. Als fotograaf laat **Jonathan De Mont** (1990) zich liefst volledig onderdompelen in een micro-omgeving. Op die manier tracht hij de werking en diepere betekenis van de wereld te begrijpen en vast te leggen. Via een voorzichtig gedocumenteerde, esthetische weergave biedt hij inzicht in het door hem precies uitgezochte onderwerp.
