Op 2 maart 2014 is het 3 uur 's middags, hij realiseert de eerste Instant met behulp van zijn telefoon. Sindsdien is elk uur van elke dag de aanleiding geweest voor een nieuw beeld. Dit dagelijkse en permanente werkproces wordt een videofotografische autobiografie, waarbij elk Instant een extra herinnering is die parallel aan de mémoires van het eigen geheugen wordt geschreven. Elk van de foto's is in de film geïntegreerd in antichronologische volgorde.
