Door het gewoon eens zelf te doen ontdek je dat fermenteren heel plezant is en helemaal niet moeilijk. Om het nog wat spannender te maken, improviseren we à volonté. Door groenten en smaakmakers te combineren, creëren we onze eigen unieke fermenten en die nemen we nadien natuurlijk ook mee naar huis. En alsof dat niet volstaat, krijg je tal van tips om je fermenten te verwerken tot de heerlijkste gerechten. Een dag om niet te missen dus! De workshop wordt gegeven door Leentje Speybroeck, chef van Velt. Zij zal die dag ook het nieuwe Veltboek 'Groenten fermenteren van seizoen tot seizoen' voorstellen. Wie wil kan die dag een (gesigneerd!) exemplaar aanschaffen.
