In het boek omschrijft Bauman een wereld in verandering, waarin de huidige samenleving wordt uitgedaagd om te gaan met de constante stroom aan informatie en innovatie. We moeten steeds flexibeler zijn, kort op de bal spelen, zonder echt te weten wat de toekomst brengt. Recyclart werkt samen met de Triënnale 2018 voor 2 projecten: \- Van Brugge naar Brussel: de [tentoonstelling van Wesley Meuris](/nl/agenda/the-replica-wesley-meuris-urban-model-index) in WTC1 in Brussel van 02.06>08.07, ism de [IABR](https://www.iabr.nl/) en [LabNorth](http://labnorth.tumblr.com/). Deze tentoonstelling van Wesley verwijst naar zijn installatie in Brugge. \- Van Brussel naar Brugge: Recyclart organiseert op 14.06 een lezing GREETINGS FROM LIQUID CITY in Brugge. Deze lezing zal plaatsvinden in een tijdelijk paviljoen, die de Spaanse architecten Selgascano construeren in Brugge. Onze sprekers voor de avond zijn AMALE ANDRAOS (decaan van de Columbia Graduate School of Architecture) en DAN WOOD, van het gerenommeerde bureau [WORK AC](http://work.ac/) ( New York) die het zullen hebben over hun bijdrage aan “Liquid City”, in het bijzonder aan het project “Floating City”. Dit project werd voor het eerst gepresenteerd op de Architectuurbiennale van Chicago in 2015, door Work Ac samen met Ant Farm, een kunstenaarscollectief uit de jaren ‘70. Work AC en Ant Farm hebben samen 40 jaar oude archieven en tekeningen verzameld en vervolgens dit archief voltooid met nieuwe tekeningen, standpunten en voorstellen.
