Oonagh Haines en haar romanceritme van bassen in een brandende auto. De punkband Ménades biedt schunnige Franstalige nummers met minimalistische titels en ruwe instrumentatie, waaruit een vurige vrouwelijke stem tevoorschijn komt. Hun naam verwijst naar de mystieke vrouwen uit de Griekse mythologie die zich overgaven aan extatische dansen en heilige trances. YZ, een elektronische muzikant en geluidsontwerper, verzoent autotunede oude Arabische zangstijlen met elektronische muziek, ritmes en geluiden geworteld in de experimentele scène, clubbing en techno.

Loïs Soleil's work plays with the codes/culture/language of the web, exploring the relationship between emotions, political vulnerability, voyeurism, female gaze and 'hyper-intimacy'.

Her immersive bedroom culture installation is made up of large, sculptural, embroidered cushions that emit sound poems: tackling themes such as relationship breakdowns, fuckboys and mental health. By navigating and playing with the abstract forms of the installation, visitors become DJs, moving from one sound poem to another.

CHARLOTTE STUBY 

In haar werk onderzoekt Charlotte Stuby de materiële en symbolische mogelijkheden van textiel. Gelithografeerd, geborduurd of genaaid, de flexibele installaties die ze creëert hebben een relatief naïeve esthetiek, geassocieerd met abstracte en organische vormen. Charlotte Stuby bevraagt het begrip mythologie en mentale beelden rond identiteit en herinnering. Door ze te materialiseren in symbolen, soms in denkbeeldige logo's, interpreteert ze populaire voorstellingen vanuit een eigen subjectieve ervaring. Observaties, herinneringen of levensechte situaties vormen het uitgangspunt voor een nieuwe visie op de vorming van collectieve verhalen.
