Dit boek is een weergave van gevonden foto’s uit de jaren ’70 en ’80 van pater Filip. Hij was alom bekend in de wijk waar hij het jeugdhuis ‘Les Caves’ oprichtte. Heel wat buurtjongeren versleten er hun broek. Zijn fotografische blik, meestal in kleur, geeft ons een inkijk in de wereld van de jonge inwijkelingen, voornamelijk Spanjaarden en Marokkanen. Hun uitstapjes naar de zee, kickeren, deltavliegen. Dat alles in een niet zo makkelijke wijk.
