Rebecca Topakian (°1989, woont en werkt in Parijs) studeerde filosofie en geografie in Parijs en fotografie in Arles. Punks in Cuba; het dagelijkse leven in Jericho (Palestina); zelfbewuste dansende lichamen uit het Parijse nachtleven of ontspannende, doodnormale poses tussen pornofilmopnames door: Topakian’s nieuwsgierigheid naar individuele en sociale identiteiten en aantrekking tot het vreemde, leidt tot monumentale, tot in de puntjes verzorgde foto’s en installaties. Bernhard Moosbauer (°1969, woont en werkt in Berlijn) studeerde fotografie en mediakunst in Leipzig en is zelfstandig fotograaf sinds 2001. Zijn bekendste werk is de reeks “Champions” van 2010 – een zwart-wit portrettenreeks van poedels.
