Maison CFC (éditions & librairie) : 14 Martelaarsplein 1000 B De extra fort avonden geven carte blanche aan twee fotografen; gedurende een uur stelt elk van hen zijn werk en dat van anderen voor. Ze verkennen eveneens andere domeinen zoals daar zijn: Chinese soepen, Duitse herders, mysterieuze films zonder plot … stoofvlees, rijsttaart of een indianenstam misschien. Deze avonden zijn de perfecte gelegenheid voor onverwachtheden en verrassingen die de ontmoeting tussen artiest en publiek voeden. [Simone Sapienza](http://www.simonesapienza.com/) (1990) presenteert zijn werk als documentairefotograaf, net afgestudeerd aan de University of South Wales Newport. Hij ontving talloze onderscheidingen van oa het British Journal of Photography, PDN en het Photographic Museum of Humanity. Sinds 2015 is hij mede-oprichter en co-directeur van [Gazebook – Sicily Photobook Festival](http://www.gazebook.it/). Hij woont in Palermo en is een van de vijf leden van het Minimum-collectief. [Valentina Abenavoli](https://www.instagram.com/valentina.abenavoli/?hl=nl) is een aardedame in die zin dat ze onvermoeibaar door de aarde wandelt met het idee om te ontmoeten, te helpen, fotografieboeken te maken en te publiceren. Op een vreugdevolle manier zoals ze dat zelf zo goed zegt. In deze kapitalistische woeste wereld van een boekenmarkt in crisis.
