Deze elegante, ambitieuze, extravagante, vrolijke constructie werd [BACKDROP](/nl/agenda/backdrop) gedoopt en stond de hele zomer te pronken voor het station van Brussel-Kapellekerk. In September verlengen we de festiviteiten met een expositie en een conferentie. [Leopold Banchini Architects](http://www.a-bureau.com/) is een multidisciplinair onderzoeksteam dat geworteld is in de architectuurtraditie maar evenzeer geëngageerd in hedendaagse populaire cultuur als in traditionele ambachtelijke tradities. Prioritair is hun visie van architectuur als een sociale actie met politieke en duurzame dimensies als kern van hun praktijk. Nu: een installatie met palingen! Wat hebben deze zeedieren te maken met architectuur? Lyon biedt nog andere fijne vleeswaren buiten de gebruikelijke saucijzen: [**PoiL**](https://soundcloud.com/poil-1) slaat u om de oren met ongekende intense muzikale collages. Ze grossieren in math-rock, kamermuziek, psychokaraoke en Nintendo-core! Er is dus toch leven op andere planeten! Titels als ‘Brossaklit’, Tronche à Cul’ en ‘Trouille Cosmique’ dwingen respect af bij vriend en vijand.
