Hij maakte honderden uren videoregistratie van rituelen en muzikale ceremonies in Brazilië. Die samples verwerkt hij met behulp van dub, funk, hiphop en elektronica tot iets wat ieders knietjes tot beweging roert. De Marokkaanse Gnawa is ceremoniële muziek met Afrikaanse ritmes en religieuze Arabische liederen. De link met Brazilië gaat terug naar het Arabo-Andaluze-tijdperk. Zo krijgt gedeeld erfgoed van Brazilië en Marokko een dansbaar jasje.
