Deze artistiek-architecturale ingreep was de vrucht van een samenwerking tussen Dear Pigs, Recyclart Fabrik, Recyclart kunstencentrum en een resem begeesterde individuen (ingenieurs, kunstenaars, dichters, aannemers, stagiaires…). In het kader van Design September stelt Dear Pigs dus tentoon in Brussel Congres. Het collectief laat zich inspireren door de stad en haar paradoxen.
