Elke 'Halte' wordt gewijd aan een bepaalde plaats die verankerd is onder, op, of naast de spoorlijn in kwestie. Ze zal de genodigden de gelegenheid bieden om over deze kwesties met het publiek te discussiëren – kwesties die ons allen aanbelangen, bewoners én 'gebruikers' van de stad. De gasten zijn afkomstig uit het politieke, culturele, institutionele en/of verenigingsleven – al naar gelang het onderwerp en het belang. De verschillende sprekers stellen hun gezichtspunten en meningen voor aan het publiek en treden in discussie met een vraag- en antwoordronde. De avond vindt plaats in de Bar van Recyclart, het voormalige stationsbuffet waar u tijdens de avond ook wat soep met brood kan nuttigen.
