Het doel is om voorstellen of ideeën te presenteren 'die van elders komen', en met genoegen het onoplosbaar lijkende Belgisch-Brusselse probleem van de Noord-Zuidverbinding te confronteren met de inspirerende antwoorden die andere steden hebben gevonden – of net niet – op hun eigen stedenbouwkundige en mobiliteitsvraagstukken. Tijdens de eerste lezing luisteren we naar **Alice Sotgia** en **Federica Gatta** van het Observatoire du Grand Paris. Zij vertellen ons meer over de verhouding tussen Parijs en haar buitenwijken en over de volksraadpleging uit 2007 rond de toekomst van 'Groot-Parijs'. A. SOTGIA & F.
