Deze samenwerking kwam tot stand dankzij de vele artistieke uitwisselingen tussen de twee steden, die onverwachte gemeenschappelijke eigenschappen hebben zoals tweetaligheid, grijsheid en een broeiende muziekscene. Een gevarieerd muzikaal programma met ruimtelijke ingrepen zal het nietsvermoedende publiek van podium naar podium loodsen doorheen grotachtige structuren. Ontdek de Neanderthaler/Oetzi in uzelf! Even opfrissen: een bus met een bende ongeregeld van 50 inwoners uit Biel zal in Recycart neerstrijken vanaf 15 januari om 21.00 uur.
