Als eerste officiële initiatief stellen ze een avond voor rond glitch hop & astract hiphop. Thomas Cordy aka **Enkephalin** is een kei in bassen ontwerpen en sampling en werd door Sons Of Beat records opgepikt. Hij begon muziek te maken in 2006, eerst trip hop, later dubstep, abstracte hiphop en glitch hop. **Sparkling Bits** zijn twee Brusselse kerels, Hybridz & Kid Whisky, die een gemeenschappelijke muzikale interesse delen. Ze houden van vette beats, rauwe samples en bassen getopt met atmosferische toetsen. Een bevreemdende mengeling, waarin diverse invloeden samenkomen: digitale en analoge klanken, eigen opnames, oude warme samples, ruis… **Al Tarba**, van het bekende Franse digital dub label Jarring Effects, is de kleinzoon van een platenverzamelaar maar ook gitarist, bassist en liefhebber van rapmuziek sinds zijn kindertijd. Na een korte punkperiode kiest Al Tarba voor abstracte hip hop, geïnspireerd op de New Yorkse scène en gore films. Zijn producties klinken donker, vuil en melodieus tegelijk, vaak aangevuld met gastrappers zoals Raekwon, Ill Bill, Q unique, Onyx… Na twee platen op Jarring Effects en een derde gepland voor 2013, gooide de man ook nog onlangs een gratis plaat op het net: "Lullabies For Insomniacs". **R.O** komt uit Louvain-La Neuve en daar mag het precies wel allemaal wat harder en zwaarder klinken. Deze jonge producer zal ongetwijfeld zijn brede registers van opzwepende drumstep en grof gesneden neurotische hip hop opentrekken om u verder verweesd de nacht in te jagen, want ‘t is nog maar één uur!
