Verandering van landschap! Met dank aan Jeanne Lambeau et Nicolas Pascual van JZH & Partners voor de kostbare hulp. **+ SPECIAL GUESTS** BACKDROP staat voor – naast andere, op dit moment nog in te vullen, functies – grote artistieke ondersteuning. Tijdens ons festival zal u er tal van andere activiteiten in zien ontstaan. Recyclart en LBA hebben verschillende artiesten uitgenodigd om te interveniëren op deze Backdrop. Dit alles gebeurt live, buiten, onder uw eigenste ogen! De eerste om de Backdrop in te wijden is **[GIONA BIERENS DE HAAN](http://gionabierensdehaan.ch)**. Als artiest zonder grenzen, dromenbouwer en herinneringenverkoper, legt Giona Bierens de Haan (CH/IT/AR/NL) ingebeelde plaatsen bloot. Met zijn werken, wijdverspreid over de aardbol, voert hij de mens op in utopische decors en experimenteert met andere werkelijkheden. Hij zal van de pampas van Argentinië naar Brussel vliegen om de Backdrop onder handen te nemen tijdens de eerste weken van het festival. Voor het tweede bedrijf doen we beroep op de lokale productie! Onze vrienden en buren van de vlijmscherpe [**DIRK Studio**](http://www.dirk.studio/site/%20%20) (weinig te maken met onze Dirk) zullen het overnemen. Geworteld in de Marollen, brengt DIRK 3 grafische creatievelingen samen die zich maar al te graag op de backdrop zullen laten gaan. Met de hulp van Elisa Sartori, artiste.
