Maintenant que les parkings dans les environs sont supprimés, il y a de la place pour de nombreuses initiatives. Par exemple une plage, un mur d'escalade, un atelier de réparation de vélos, eeeet nos ateliers de Recyclart Fabrik ont réalisé un livre gigantesque, basé sur les lampadaires typiques de Bruxelles. Le Book of Brussels, une initiative de Vrienden van Het Huizeke, et conçu par Studio Jar, se développe de manière organique au gré des saisons et des besoins et souhaits du quartier.
