Le principe de [**BIOSK**](http://www.intrastructures.net/Intrastructures/Concepts_-_biosk.html) (installation de la Cuisine cyclique sur l'espace public) est d'utiliser les déchets organiques de la cuisine pour produire de l'énergie qui est consommée par la cuisine cyclique-même.
