L’essentiel ? Sensibiliser sur ce qui se passe de la ferme à la fourchette – ‘farm & fork’ – e.a. en organisant des discussions sur la production alimentaire, la consommation, etc. Ces “Slow Talks” sont des événements gratuits lors desquels des personnes clés (agriculteurs, experts, académiciens, responsables politiques…) informent le public. Nous gaspillons 30% des denrées alimentaires que nous produisons chaque année. Le saviez-vous ?
