Quatre moments festifs de découvertes et de partages avec le quartier et ses habitants. Pour lancer la série : Patrick Wouters, tout jeune retraité du service de police de la rue de l’hectolitre. Au programme : distribution de dragées, chants politiques, projections de photographies réalisées par lui-même en personne, tombola exceptionnelle avec des lots époustouflants à remporter et un concert karaoké dansant mis en place par les YéyéVollegaz, d'Eric d'Agostino et Christophe Mercier, 200 morceaux à la demande en live décalé et intermèdes funky pour danser. Rien que cela. Ce serait dommage de manquer cela non ? Marcel et son marcel seront de la partie pour un studio photo gibier policier. Un peu comme à la foire du Midi. Mais on remplacera les bâtons de craies par des casquettes avec insignes. Apportez vos armes à feux cachées dans vos faux placards, ils seront utiles cette fois-ci.
