"**Erotic Market** c'est comme un néon blanc dans la nuit. L'œil est absorbé, agressé. Puis il s’habitue et son empreinte lumineuse est si puissante que même les yeux fermés on ne voit plus que ça. Erotic market c'est fluo, c'est saturé, nerveux et heurté ; c'est gras comme un fish and chips." Ex-têtes chercheuses de N'Relax, Marine Pellegrini et Lucas Garnier créent les prémisses d'**Erotic Market** à l'été 2011. Nouveau projet musical aussi saisissant qu'insaisissable, **Erotic Market** arpente des pistes disparates, serpente entre coldwave et R&B, electronica et vestiges du trip-hop, comme pour mieux nous égarer dans les méandres d'une pop métisse dont Marine et Lucas interrogent les moindres interstices. Petit-fils d’un collectionneur de vinyles, bassiste, guitariste et fan de rap depuis son enfance, c’est après un passage par le punk qu’Al’Tarba s’est plongé à cœur perdu dans la culture Hip Hop. En 2013, il sort ‘Acid & Vicious’ avec **Lord Lhus**. D’abord fan de Post-Hardcore, de Grindcore et de Rock Noise, joueur de guitare à ses heures perdues, la découverte de Venetian Snares et Xanopticon lui ouvre de nouveaux horizons. Il utilise la musique comme une sorte de narration, et emmène le dancefloor dans d’inquiétants paysages cyberpunks mêlant basses vibrantes et rythmiques agressives prenantes. 2methyl a déjà sorti 2 EPs sur le label Peace-off/ Ruff de Rotator, un EP sur Komodo Dragon Rec, des remixes pour Tympanik Audio, Jarring Effects et un Ep sur OverclockHeadz. Il a partagé la scène avec de Eight Frozen Modules, Niveau Zero, Sinister Souls, Counterstrike, Reso, Dope D.O.D., Luke Vibert, Shitmat, Igorrr, Stazma, Rotator... S'en suit une série de collaborations avec plusieurs beatmakers de renommées (Devonwho (US), Ichiro (JP), Ad Bourke (It), …) nommée « YoggyOne & Friends »… Apres différentes expériences au sein de plusieurs formations, et d'importantes dates de concert, il revient nous présenter un nouveau live pour accompagner la sortie de son prochain album « Canopée », aux teintes soulful, post dubstep , offbeat, influencées par des artistes comme James Blake ou encore Flying Lotus.
