Cette architecte (diplômée en 1976) appréciée et reconnue depuis des années dans le monde de l'architecture et cependant peu connue du grand public, dont l'oeuvre a dernièrement été couronnée lors de la biennale d'architecture de Venise, nous fait l'honneur de sa visite à Recyclart ce 19/10. Maria Giuseppina Grasso Cannizzo, un jour décrite comme « une perfectionniste obstinée dotée d'un grand charisme » nous parlera de sa Sicile et de son travail, intimiment liés, plus sans doute qu'aucun(e) autre de ses confrères, puisque c'est sur l'île et depuis l'île où elle est née, qu'elle vit et travaille depuis trente ans. Ses projets d'architecture sont soignés, précis et mesurés, tantôt très sensibles, tantôt radicaux, et il s'en dégage audace, attention et expérience.
