C'était en 2005. Très inscrits dans le contexte coréen et plus précisément de Séoul où ils vivent, travaillent et enseignent, Chae-Pereira a depuis lors livré de très beaux projets, à l'architecture soignée et précise, d'une grande maitrise des matériaux et des espaces, dans toutes sortes de programmes et d'échelles, du musée au pavillon temporaire.
