Andreoli Architecture Conférence ===================================================================================== 16.11.16 [Architecture & urbanisme](https://recyclart.be/fr/agenda?category=architecture-urbanisme) Ce mois-ci, rendez-vous en Bolivie, à El Alto, sur les traces de Freddy Mamani Silvestre, architecte autodidacte d'origine aymara. Tout jeune déjà, Freddy a travaillé sur des chantiers avec son père. Après une expérience comme enseignant puis dans l'armée, il décide de se consacrer à la construction d'habitations et de développer un style propre afin de donner une identité à la ville de El Alto et de rompre avec son uniformité monochrome. Le travail de Freddy Mamani Silvestre sera présenté par Elisabeta Andreoli, critique d'art et d'architecture (UK) particulièrement intéressée par l'Amérique latine, où elle a longtemps vécu. Elle a publié de nombreux ouvrages sur l'architecture contemporaine, dont « La arquitectura de Freddy Mamani Silvestre » (La Paz, 2014). Située 4000 mètres au-dessus de La Paz, El Alto a de tout temps abrité une population autochtone et métis marginalisée. Auto-construite, la ville est devenue, au fil de son expansion continue, la deuxième de Bolivie, le don des Aymaras pour le commerce la transformant en un gigantesque hub commercial. **> 19:30 Bar Recyclart ouvert** **> 20:30 Conférence (en français)** **> Salle Recyclart -
