Ce projet met en avant le quartier Heyvaert et ses alentours. Architectes, urbanistes, associations, partagent leurs ressentis quant à la question des espaces publics et de partage dans un contexte en pleine mutation. Quelle forme prend l’espace public et de partage aujourd’hui ? Comment évolue-t-il ? Quel est le rôle social de l’architecture et de l’urbanisme ?
